A child profile a parent or guardian shared with your practice
Only what the guardian chose: with medical history, the well-child and vaccine schedule and the number of doses recorded (the doses: /v1/patients/{member_ref}/immunizations); with biometrics, the latest growth points. The guardian link is re-checked on every read (404 child_profile_not_found once it ends, or for a member who is not a guardian-managed child). The newborn record and milestone checklists are never shared with an organisation (not_shared).

A shared child's growth measurements with WHO / CDC percentiles
Each measurement with its age (corrected age for a preterm baby while it applies) and its percentile from the WHO Child Growth Standards (under 24 months) or the CDC 2000 charts (2-20 years). Before corrected term a point needs a licensed preterm reference (licensed_reference_not_loaded otherwise). The guardian must share growth (biometrics) with you.

A shared child's EPSDT screening status (developmental, autism, lead, adolescent)
Which EPSDT components Norvya holds or finds due: well visits, immunizations, the scored developmental and autism screens (licensed instruments only), blood lead, and the adolescent depression and substance-use screens as recorded-or-due only (their scores are never sent). not_recorded is never "missed". The guardian must share medical history with you.

The provider view of pregnancy_care: phase, gestational age or postpartum day, the prenatal / postpartum schedule as windows (never "missed"), home BP and glucose against the ACOG thresholds while the patient shares biometrics, medication flags and LactMed while they share medications, and the latest warning-sign check's lane. A thoughts-of-harm answer is never named; crisis_flag appears only when they share mental health with you. Needs medical history; refused for a guardian-managed child profile.
