Errors & limits

Errors return a stable machine code in detail (for example insufficient_scope, member_not_found, not_a_medical_practice, panel_import_baa_required). Each endpoint lists the codes specific to it under “Errors specific to this call”.
Each client is rate limited; over the limit you get 429 with Retry-After. GET /v1/usage reports your own calls for the last 30 days.
