Members, member_ref & consent

You never see Norvya's internal ids. Each member has a member_ref that is stable for your organisation and different for every other partner. If your system is linked to Norvya, you can also use your own id as ext:<your id>.
Members choose, section by section, what your organisation may use. What they have not shared is never computed, and responses say what was used and what was held back.
Asking for someone who is not yours returns 404.
