Status

API status

A live check of the API's public health endpoints, run from your browser when you open this page.

What this is, and is not. It shows what the health endpoints answer right now, from where you are. It is not a service-level agreement, keeps no history and is not an uptime record. If your own calls fail while this shows Operational, check Errors & limits and write to [email protected].

Partner API and database

Not checked

The API process answers and can read its database. “Degraded” means it answers but the database schema check found a problem, so some calls may fail.

GET https://norvya.fly.dev/health

Image models

Not checked

The image models the Norvya app uses. No Partner API family depends on them: the API's skin classifier is switched off whatever this shows.

GET https://norvya.fly.dev/health/models

Reading the result

  • Operational: the endpoint answered and reported itself healthy.
  • Degraded: it answered and reported a problem (the API) or that the models are still loading or incomplete.
  • Down: it answered with an error status (the API answers 503 when it cannot reach its database).
  • Unreachable: your browser got no answer at all: the service, your network or a browser extension.

Sandbox and production share the same API host, so one check covers both.
